Insurance Code § 83.052","heading":"NOTICE.","body":"(a) On issuance of an order under Section 83.051, the commissioner shall serve on the affected person an order that:\n(1) contains a statement of the charges; and\n(2) requires the person immediately to cease and desist from the acts, methods, or practices stated in the order.\n(b) The commissioner shall serve the order by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the affected person's last known address.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 101, Sec. 1, eff.
