Insurance Code § 843.084","heading":"DURATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.","body":"A certificate of authority continues in effect:\n(1) while the certificate holder meets the requirements of this chapter and:\n(A) Section 1367.053;\n(B) Subchapter A, Chapter 1452;\n(C) Subchapter B, Chapter 1507;\n(D) Chapters 222, 251, and 258, as applicable to a health maintenance organization; and\n(E) Chapters 1271 and 1272; or\n(2) until the commissioner suspends or revokes the certificate or the commissioner terminates the certificate at the request of the certificate holder.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
