Insurance Code § 845.203","heading":"PATIENT-PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP.","body":"It is intended that the system preserve significant traditional and ethical relationships between a patient and the patient's health care provider by ensuring that:\n(1) medical management does not intrude on the delivery of quality patient care;\n(2) the process of making health care decisions remains a matter between a patient and the patient's health care provider; and\n(3) nothing in the system will place a health care provider in an adverse relationship with a patient.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 10A.218(a), eff.
