Insurance Code § 848.205","heading":"INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL.","body":"(a) The attorney general may:\n(1) investigate a health care collaborative with respect to anticompetitive behavior that is contrary to the goals and requirements of this chapter; and\n(2) request that the commissioner:\n(A) impose a penalty or sanction;\n(B) issue a cease and desist order; or\n(C) suspend or revoke the health care collaborative's certificate of authority.\n(b) This section does not limit any other authority or power of the attorney general.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., 1st C.S., Ch. 7 (S.B. 7), Sec. 4.01, eff.
