Insurance Code § 885.103","heading":"CHILDREN.","body":"(a) A fraternal benefit society may organize and operate branches for children on whose lives the society provides insurance or annuities.\n(b) A child is not required to be a member of a lodge or to be initiated in a lodge.\n(c) A child may not have any voice in the management of a fraternal benefit society.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
