Insurance Code § 885.408","heading":"RESERVES FOR ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE.","body":"(a) A fraternal benefit society shall establish reserves for the types of coverage specified by Sections 885.301(a)(4) and (5) in the same manner and to the same extent as required for a company organized under Chapter 841.\n(b) Sections 425.203-425.228 apply to reserve investments for a domestic fraternal benefit society.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
