Insurance Code § 885.705","heading":"GENERAL CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) An officer, agent, or employee of a domestic fraternal benefit society commits an offense if the person neglects, refuses to comply with, or violates any provision of the laws of this state governing domestic fraternal benefit societies.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
