Insurance Code § 888.153","heading":"NEW OR AMENDED RATE SCHEDULES.","body":"(a) At any time the commissioner considers appropriate, the commissioner may adopt:\n(1) a new rate schedule for burial associations; or\n(2) an amendment to an existing rate schedule.\n(b) After the commissioner adopts a new rate schedule or an amendment to an existing rate schedule and sends a copy to the burial associations, each burial association shall use the new or amended rate schedule for individuals who the association subsequently accepts as members.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
