Insurance Code § 888.204","heading":"CERTAIN AFFILIATIONS BETWEEN BURIAL ASSOCIATIONS AND FUNERAL HOMES PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) It is against the public policy of this state for a funeral home or an owner of an interest in a funeral home to be directly or indirectly connected or affiliated with more than one burial association.\n(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
