Insurance Code § 911.003","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The department shall charge and collect the following fees:\n(1) $10 for an amendment to a farm mutual insurance company's charter; and\n(2) $1 for the issuance of a company's certificate of authority.\n(b) The department shall charge and the comptroller shall collect a fee of $20 for the filing of an annual statement required by the department.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
