Insurance Code § 911.064","heading":"POLICYHOLDER MEETINGS.","body":"(a) A farm mutual insurance company shall hold a policyholder meeting to elect directors and transact business at the time and place and in the manner prescribed by the company's bylaws.\n(b) A special meeting of a company's policyholders may be called by:\n(1) the president, the general manager, or one-third of the company's directors; or\n(2) the commissioner.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
