Insurance Code § 911.065","heading":"VOTING BY POLICYHOLDER.","body":"(a) Each policyholder of a farm mutual insurance company is entitled to only one vote at a policyholders' meeting.\n(b) A policyholder may not vote by proxy.\n(c) A farm mutual insurance company may provide in its constitution or bylaws that a policyholder may vote electronically or by mail without making a personal appearance at a policyholders' meeting.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
