Labor Code § 101.106","heading":"NOTICE OF ELECTION.","body":"Except as provided by Section 101.108, a labor union shall give members at least seven days' notice of an election under Section 101.105. The notice must be given in the manner most convenient to the union by:\n(1) written or printed notice mailed to the member's last known address;\n(2) posting notice in a place public to the membership; or\n(3) announcement at a regular stated meeting of the union.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
