Labor Code § 101.123","heading":"OFFENSE; PENALTY.","body":"(a) A labor union officer or a labor organizer commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this subchapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not more than $500;\n(2) confinement in the county jail for not more than 60 days; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
