Labor Code § 205.025","heading":"COMMISSION RULES.","body":"The commission shall as necessary adopt rules on:\n(1) an application for the establishment, maintenance, and termination of a group account authorized by this subchapter;\n(2) the type of records to be kept and reports to be submitted by a group of employers;\n(3) the addition of a new member to a group;\n(4) the withdrawal of an active member from a group; and\n(5) the determination of the amount of reimbursements payable under this subchapter by members of a group and the time and manner of those payments.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
