Labor Code § 209.021","heading":"BEGINNING AND ENDING DATES FOR EXTENDED BENEFIT PERIOD.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), an extended benefit period begins with the third week after a week with a state \"on\" indicator.\n(b) An extended benefit period may not begin before the 14th week after the end of a previous extended benefit period in effect for this state.\n(c) An extended benefit period ends with the later of:\n(1) the third week after the first week with a state \"off\" indicator; or\n(2) the 13th consecutive week of the period.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
