Labor Code § 21.252","heading":"NOTICE OF COMPLAINANT'S RIGHT TO FILE CIVIL ACTION.","body":"(a) A complainant who receives notice under Section 21.208 that the complaint is not dismissed or resolved is entitled to request from the commission a written notice of the complainant's right to file a civil action.\n(b) The complainant must request the notice in writing.\n(c) The executive director may issue the notice.\n(d) Failure to issue the notice of a complainant's right to file a civil action does not affect the complainant's right under this subchapter to bring a civil action against the respondent.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
