Labor Code § 21.301","heading":"RECORDKEEPING; REPORTS.","body":"A person under investigation in connection with a charge filed under this chapter and who is subject to this chapter shall:\n(1) make and keep records relevant to the determination of whether unlawful employment practices have been or are being committed;\n(2) preserve the records for the period required by commission rule or court order; and\n(3) make reports from the records as prescribed by commission rule or court order as reasonable, necessary, or appropriate for the enforcement of this chapter or a rule or order issued under this chapter.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
