Labor Code § 301.0611","heading":"COORDINATION OF CERTAIN AWARDS AND INCENTIVES.","body":"The commission, in cooperation with the Texas Education Agency, the comptroller, and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, shall prepare and make available to the public a list of all awards and incentives available for business participation in:\n(1) a school district's career and technology education program under Subchapter F, Chapter 29, Education Code; or\n(2) any other career and technology education training.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 61, Sec. 9, eff.
