Labor Code § 301.0615","heading":"APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by this title, a hearing conducted under this title is not subject to:\n(1) Section 2001.038, Government Code; or\n(2) Subchapters C-H, Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(b) A commission order or decision that results from a hearing conducted under this title is not subject to the requirements imposed under:\n(1) Section 2001.004(3), Government Code; or\n(2) Section 2001.005, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 631, Sec. 1, eff.
