Labor Code § 301.066","heading":"PUBLICATIONS.","body":"(a) The executive director shall print:\n(1) the text of Subtitle A;\n(2) the commission's rules; and\n(3) the commission's annual report to the governor and the legislature.\n(b) The executive director shall prepare information describing the functions of the commission and the commission's procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the commission.\n(c) The executive director shall make the information required to be printed or prepared under this section and any other material that the executive director determines to be relevant and suitable for distribution available to the public and appropriate state agencies.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
