Labor Code § 301.0681","heading":"POLICY ON TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS.","body":"The commission shall develop and implement a policy requiring the executive director and commission employees to research and propose appropriate technological solutions to improve the commission's ability to perform its functions. The technological solutions must:\n(1) ensure that:\n(A) the public is able to easily find information about the commission on the Internet; and\n(B) persons who want to use the commission's services are able to:\n(i) interact with the commission through the Internet; and\n(ii) access any service that can be provided effectively through the Internet;\n(2) be cost-effective; and\n(3) be developed through the commission's planning processes.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 817, Sec. 3.07, eff.
