Labor Code § 302.046","heading":"PLAN REGARDING LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDERS.","body":"(a) The commission shall adopt a plan to address the lack of service providers in specific local workforce development areas.\n(b) The plan adopted under this section must include provisions:\n(1) for offering incentives to attract exceptional service providers and to encourage those providers to cooperate and assist in improving the practices of other providers;\n(2) relating to the imposition of sanctions by a board against a service provider; and\n(3) requiring, under certain circumstances, the commission to assist in providing services until a provider is designated.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 650, Sec. 2, eff.
