Labor Code § 352.004","heading":"RECEIPT AND DISBURSEMENT OF STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDS.","body":"(a) The comptroller is custodian of federal funds received by the state to implement federal law relating to vocational rehabilitation.\n(b) The commission shall certify for disbursement funds available for the vocational rehabilitation program in accordance with regulations.\n(c) The comptroller shall disburse state and federal vocational rehabilitation funds on certification by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208), Sec. 25, eff.
