Labor Code § 352.005","heading":"GIFTS, DONATIONS, AND OTHER MONEY.","body":"(a) The commission shall deposit all money paid to the commission under this chapter in the state treasury. The money may be used only for the administration of this chapter.\n(b) The commission may receive and use gifts and donations for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
