Labor Code § 352.051","heading":"VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.","body":"(a) The commission shall conduct a program to provide vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities.\n(b) To achieve the purposes of the program, the commission may:\n(1) cooperate with other public and private agencies in studying the problems involved in providing vocational rehabilitation and in establishing, developing, and providing necessary or desirable facilities and services;\n(2) enter into reciprocal agreements with other states to provide vocational rehabilitation for the residents of the states concerned; and\n(3) conduct research and compile statistics relating to the vocational rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208), Sec. 25, eff.
