Labor Code § 402.071","heading":"REPRESENTATIVES.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall establish qualifications for a representative and shall adopt rules establishing procedures for authorization of representatives.\n(b) A representative may receive a fee for providing representation under this subtitle only if the representative is:\n(1) an adjuster representing an insurance carrier; or\n(2) licensed to practice law.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
