Labor Code § 408.006","heading":"MENTAL TRAUMA INJURIES.","body":"(a) It is the express intent of the legislature that nothing in this subtitle shall be construed to limit or expand recovery in cases of mental trauma injuries.\n(b) Notwithstanding Section 504.019, a mental or emotional injury that arises principally from a legitimate personnel action, including a transfer, promotion, demotion, or termination, is not a compensable injury under this subtitle.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
