Labor Code § 408.083","heading":"TERMINATION OF RIGHT TO TEMPORARY INCOME, IMPAIRMENT INCOME, AND SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME BENEFITS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), an employee's eligibility for temporary income benefits, impairment income benefits, and supplemental income benefits terminates on the expiration of 401 weeks after the date of injury.\n(b) If an employee incurs an occupational disease, the employee's eligibility for temporary income benefits, impairment income benefits, and supplemental income benefits terminates on the expiration of 401 weeks after the date on which benefits began to accrue.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
