Labor Code § 410.007","heading":"INFORMATION LIST.","body":"(a) The division shall determine the type of information that is most useful to parties to help resolve disputes regarding income benefits. That information may include:\n(1) reports regarding the compensable injury;\n(2) medical information regarding the injured employee; and\n(3) wage records.\n(b) The division shall publish a list developed from the information described under Subsection (a) in appropriate media, including the division's Internet website, to provide guidance to a party to a dispute regarding the type of information the party should have available at a benefit review conference or a contested case hearing.\n(c) At the time a benefit review conference or contested case hearing is scheduled, the division shall make available a copy of the list developed under Subsection (b) to each party to the dispute.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265 (H.B. 7), Sec. 3.152, eff.
