Labor Code § 410.034","heading":"FILING OF AGREEMENT AND REPORT.","body":"(a) The benefit review officer shall file the signed agreement and the report with the division.\n(b) The commissioner by rule shall prescribe the times within which the agreement and report must be filed.\n(c) The division shall furnish a copy of the file-stamped report to:\n(1) the claimant;\n(2) the employer; and\n(3) the insurance carrier.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
