Labor Code § 410.308","heading":"CERTIFIED COPY OF NOTICE SECURING COMPENSATION.","body":"(a) The division shall furnish any interested party in the claim with a certified copy of the notice of the employer securing compensation with the insurance carrier, filed with the division.\n(b) The certified copy of the notice is admissible in evidence on trial of the claim pending and is prima facie proof of the facts stated in the notice unless the facts are denied under oath by the opposing party.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
