Labor Code § 411.063","heading":"ACCIDENT PREVENTION PERSONNEL.","body":"(a) To provide qualified accident prevention personnel and services, an insurance company may:\n(1) employ qualified personnel;\n(2) retain qualified independent contractors;\n(3) contract with the policyholder to provide the personnel and services; or\n(4) use a combination of the methods provided by this subsection.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265, Sec. 7.01(26), eff.
