Labor Code § 411.068","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATION.","body":"(a) An insurance company commits a violation if the insurance company does not:\n(1) maintain or provide the accident prevention services required by this subchapter; or\n(2) use the services in a reasonable manner to prevent injury to employees of its policyholders.\n(b) A violation under Subsection (a) is an administrative violation.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
