Labor Code § 413.020","heading":"DIVISION CHARGES.","body":"The commissioner by rule shall establish procedures to enable the division to charge:\n(1) an insurance carrier a reasonable fee for access to or evaluation of health care treatment, fees, or charges under this subtitle; and\n(2) a health care provider who exceeds a fee or utilization guideline established under this subtitle or an insurance carrier who unreasonably disputes charges that are consistent with a fee or utilization guideline established under this subtitle a reasonable fee for review of health care treatment, fees, or charges under this subtitle.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
