Labor Code § 51.022","heading":"CERTIFICATE OF AGE.","body":"(a) A child who is at least 14 years of age may apply to the commission for a certificate of age that states the date of birth of the child.\n(b) The application must include documentary proof of age as required by the commission.\n(c) After approval by the commission of the proof of age, the commission shall issue to the child a certificate of age.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
