Labor Code § 51.0353","heading":"NOTICE; TIME FOR HEARING.","body":"(a) A notice regarding an administrative hearing conducted under this subchapter must be mailed by the child labor appeal tribunal not later than the 21st day after the date a request for the hearing is received by the commission.\n(b) As soon as practicable, but not later than the 45th day after the date a notice is mailed under Subsection (a), the tribunal shall conduct the hearing.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 720 (H.B. 2459), Sec. 2, eff.
