Labor Code § 61.004","heading":"PAYMENT OF CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS.","body":"Notwithstanding Chapter 152 or 154, Local Government Code, or any other law of this state, the fees assessed by a sheriff or constable for service of a subpoena under Section 61.002 shall be paid by the commission out of the administrative funds of the commission, and the comptroller shall issue warrants for those fees as directed by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 9.13(b), eff.
