Labor Code § 61.057","heading":"NOTICE; TIME FOR HEARING.","body":"(a) A notice regarding an administrative hearing conducted under this subchapter must be mailed by the wage claim appeal tribunal not later than the 21st day after the date a request for the hearing is received by the commission.\n(b) As soon as practicable, but not later than the 45th day after the date a notice is mailed under Subsection (a), the tribunal shall conduct the hearing.\nActs 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff.
