Labor Code § 61.0613","heading":"NOTICE OF COMMISSION ACTION.","body":"(a) The commission shall mail to each party to the appeal under Section 61.0612 notice of:\n(1) the commission's decision;\n(2) the amount of wages subject to the order;\n(3) the amount of any penalty assessed; and\n(4) the parties' right to judicial review of the order.\n(b) The notice shall be mailed to a party's last known address, as shown by commission records.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 378 (S.B. 1408), Sec. 12, eff.
