The attorney general may apply to a district court in Travis County for permission to file for quo warranto relief, injunctive relief, or both.\n(b) The attorney general may not be required to post a bond for injunctive relief under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 9.20(a), eff.
