Local Government Code § 114.001","heading":"GENERAL REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO REPORTS.","body":"(a) Each report required under this subtitle must be made in writing and must be sworn to before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the officer making the report or by a person designated by the officer to receive fees, commissions, or costs under Section 114.041(b).\n(b) A monthly report must be filed within five days after the last day of each month.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
