Local Government Code § 119.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of trustees of the county government risk management pool.\n(2) \"Fund\" means the county government risk management fund.\n(3) \"Plan\" means the plan of operation of the county government risk management pool.\n(4) \"Pool\" means the County Government Risk Management Pool created under this chapter.\n(5) \"Volunteer fire department\" means a fire department that is operated on a not-for-profit basis.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
