Local Government Code § 135.051","heading":"COLLECTION, REMITTANCE, AND DEPOSIT OF FEES.","body":"(a) A court clerk shall collect and remit to the county treasurer all fees in the manner provided by this section.\n(b) An officer collecting a fee in a justice, county, or district court shall remit the money to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury.\n(c) A court clerk collecting a fee shall remit the money to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 472 (S.B. 41), Sec. 1.03, eff.
