A county that does not appoint a public probate administrator subject to Chapter 455, Estates Code, shall deposit the money to the court-initiated guardianship fund.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 472 (S.B. 41), Sec. 1.03, eff.
