Local Government Code § 145.006","heading":"DUPLICATE OR SUPPLEMENTAL STATEMENTS.","body":"If a person has filed a financial statement under one provision of this chapter covering the preceding calendar year, the person is not required to file a financial statement required under another provision of this chapter covering that same year if, before the deadline for filing the statement under the other provision, the person notifies the clerk or secretary of the municipality in writing that the person has already filed a financial statement under this chapter covering that year.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 249, Sec. 6.01, eff.
