Local Government Code § 161.051","heading":"CREATION OF COMMISSION BY ORDER.","body":"(a) The commissioners court of a county, by an order adopted by a majority of the court's full membership, may create a county ethics commission.\n(b) A copy of an order adopted under this section shall be placed in the minutes of the court's proceedings.
