Local Government Code § 161.174","heading":"AVAILABILITY OF COMMISSION ORDERS ON INTERNET.","body":"(a) As soon as practicable following a preliminary review, preliminary review hearing, or formal hearing at which the commission determines that a person has committed a violation within the commission's jurisdiction, the commission shall make available on the Internet:\n(1) a copy of the commission's order stating the determination; or\n(2) a summary of the commission's order.\n(b) This section does not apply to a determination of a violation that is technical or de minimis.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 799 (S.B. 1368), Sec. 1, eff.
