Local Government Code § 214.011","heading":"PLUMBING INSPECTOR.","body":"(a) If a municipality does not have a special charter that provides for an inspector of plumbing, the governing body of the municipality may appoint an inspector of plumbing for a term fixed by the governing body.\n(b) The same individual may serve as plumbing inspector and municipal engineer.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
