Local Government Code § 214.162","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Commercial building\" means a building that is not a single family residence.\n(2) \"Permit department\" means the municipal agency that is authorized to issue commercial building permits.\n(3) \"Subdivider\" means a person who divides a tract of real property under circumstances to which Subchapter A, Chapter 212 applies.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
